Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Webiz. This website is operated by Webiz Hongkong Limited. We are dedicated to providing reliable shipping services to our customers in the Middle East and surrounding regions. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipping Origins & Destinations

We fulfill orders based on inventory availability and the warehouse selected at checkout:

  • Cross-border Products (Shipped from China): Currently available for delivery to Saudi Arabia (KSA) and the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

  • Local Products: Delivery is restricted to the same country as the warehouse (e.g., items in our Saudi warehouse can only be shipped to addresses within Saudi Arabia).

2. Delivery Estimates

Delivery timelines are calculated from the date the order is placed:

  • Cross-border (China): 10 - 15 Natural Days.

  • Local Inventory: 5 - 10 Natural Days.

3. Late Delivery Guarantee

If your order is not delivered within the promised timeframe (15 days for cross-border / 10 days for local):

  • You are eligible to apply for a return and refund.

  • Condition: This guarantee only applies if the product remains unused and the original product packaging is unopened/intact.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping fees are calculated based on our shipping templates (considering weight, dimensions, and destination). The final shipping cost will be clearly displayed at the checkout page before you complete your purchase.

5. Couriers & Self-Pickup

  • Couriers: We partner with leading logistics providers including SHIPA, iMile, and AJEX to ensure safe delivery. Please note that customers cannot specify a preferred courier; Webiz will select the most efficient carrier based on your location.

  • Self-Pickup: Customers in Riyadh have the option to pick up their orders at our designated point: Address:RQYA3527, 3527 Wadi Al Fara, 7342, Al Sulay Dist. RIYADH, Riyadh, 14274, Saudi Arabia.

6. Customer Responsibility (Address & Contact)

The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address, missing contact information, or the customer being unreachable, any costs associated with re-shipping or return processing will be the responsibility of the customer.

7. Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can monitor your shipment’s progress through our website or the carrier’s portal.

8. Governing Law

This Shipping Policy and its execution shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
